I moved here (Bushwick) from the west coast a couple of years ago. I am a career freelancer--I've worked in music, design, education, performance, event production, and hospitality. My family was in restaurants so I have been around food and beverage for decades. Several years ago, I shifted my freelancing into cheffing. It is a lifelong love turned creative obsession.
My family immigrated from all over Latin America, so I enjoy making various dishes from the Caribbean and South America. I am a Sephardic Jew, so I love making Sephardic and Mediterranean foods and as well as Ashkenazi classics like brisket and roasted chicken. I am gluten free and control my inflammation through diet, so I am also confident working with food sensitivities, preferences, and constraints.

What will we create together?
I am an absolute lover of food and restaurants, and I love trying to figure out how to make new things. I am service oriented and like working with people in their homes, in the unique ways that suit them. Whether it's creating a graphic, a musical score, curriculum, or a menu, I pride myself on getting to the needs of the people I am serving.
